We get asked about our SWAG quite a lot, so we’ve put together some of our FAQs to help answer some of your questions.
What exactly is SWAG and how do I get it?

What different SWAG is available?
We have a range of different SWAG items that we give out at random.
Sometimes we’ll specify what it is that we’re giving away in the Facebook post, and other times we’ll let you know what you’ve won when we choose our winners.
At the moment, the current list of SWAG that we have available is:
Mugs, spoons, aprons, pens, trolley coins, tote bags, stickers, magnets, lanyards and pin badges.
Can I request a certain item of SWAG?
As we choose our winners and the item of SWAG we’re giving away at random, unfortunately not.
It’s also important to note that we don’t always have lots of stock of each item available all the time.
If you’re lucky enough to have won some SWAG from us before and have won the same item then why not re-gift it to a PON loving friend?
(Or keep it for yourself of course – a pair of mugs is always better than one after all!)
Do you sell SWAG or can I request that you send me some?
At the moment our SWAG is exclusively available via social media competitions only, so please keep an eye out for your next chance to win.
In order to make sure that we give everyone a fair chance to win, please don’t message us asking for SWAG as we don’t accept requests!
Can I win SWAG more than once?
Yes you can, but in order to give everyone a chance, we’ve placed a 3 month limit on how often you can win.
As we choose our winners at random, mistakes can sometimes happen, so if you’re lucky enough to win more than once within the 3 month period, please don’t be upset if we send you a message explaining this restriction – we’re not a big team, so we ask that you be understanding!
I’ve been chosen as a winner, what happens next?
Congratulations! We aim to contact all of our winners within 24 hours of them being chosen.
If you’ve entered via our Facebook Page, then please keep an eye out for a message from our page.
If you’ve entered via our Facebook Group, then look out for a message from a member of our team.
This is usually Laura, Mollie or Sophie and their Facebook profile should be tagged when we let you know you’ve won.
We understand that sometimes you may want to verify that the Facebook profile that’s contacting you is legitimate, so if you’d like us to verify the account then please send an email to [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Your direct message will include a code that’s unique to you and will need to be quoted to the team before we can take your contact details.
After this, one of our team will send you a link to a form that needs to be filled out with your contact details so that we can make sure that your SWAG gets sent to the right place!
I haven’t received a message, what shall I do?
If we’ve contacted you to say that you’re a SWAG winner but you haven’t had a message, make sure that you check your message requests or your other inbox as they sometimes go into here.
If you still can’t find it then drop us an email at [email protected].
How long will it take for my SWAG to arrive?
Once we’ve received your contact details, we’ll get to work packaging up your SWAG and getting it posted.
We aim to get your goodies to you within 2 weeks of receiving your contact details, so please allow this much time before getting in touch to see where your parcel is.
All of our SWAG packaging and postage is handled by Stephen, so – although he works as fast as he can – please be patient during busier times as sometimes he can have quite a few parcels to prepare!
This is especially true at the moment as our offices are currently closed due to COVID-19, so we’re not there everyday.
Rest assured that if we have your contact details, Stephen is working to get your SWAG to you as soon as possible.
As soon as your SWAG has been posted, Stephen will send you a confirmation message to let you know that it’s on its way.
If 2 weeks have passed and there’s still no sign of your parcel then please drop us an email to [email protected] and we’ll look into it for you!
Why have I been asked for my clothing size when I’ve not won any clothing?
We don’t currently give away any clothing at the moment, but this may be something that we add in the future, so having your clothing size on record helps us with planning this process.
